"Bring harmony to your family!"
‘If one is capable of living deeply one moment of their life
They can learn to live the same way all the other moments of their life’ (Thich Nhat Hanh)
The central premise of therapy is from the philosophy that every individual has the potential to manage their life. Every person has an internal locus of control that sets their life in a particular pathway. Some are aware that they are in control; others feel out of control and believe that an external locus controls them. Either way every person depends on some locus of control. Therapy attempt to coach the client towards what works for them and what gives them a sense of joy and peace.
- Are we predestined to a particular way of life?
- Can we control the circumstances and events in our life?
- How do I respond to my life situations?
- Do I have choices?
- How can I take responsibility for the choices I make?
